Job Summary
- Ward-based (drug history, medicines reconciliation, clinical screening, TTA screening)
- EPMA experience is essential (Ideally Cerner as this is the system used)
- To cover inpatient (Adult)
Person Specification
- Registered Pharmacist (GPhC) with MPharm degree
- Right to work in the UK
- Experience of day to day management of clinical trials
- UK Hospital experience in inpatient wards is essential
- They must have previous experience working in an NHS Hospital
