Working hours: Monday to Friday 8am-5pm, Full time or part time

Hourly Rate: £21 - £23 per hour

Job Summary:
- To work as part of the multi-disciplinary team.
- Provide Occupational Therapy assessment and treatment to patients in their own home following a stroke.
- Complete appropriate patient records in line with professional standards and Trust policy.
- Attend relevant team meetings to support patient care.
Essential Candidate Criteria:
- Degree in Occupational Therapy
- HCPC Registered
- Right to work in the UK
