Job Summary
This is a full-time on-site role located in Lewisham, for a Podiatrist. As a Podiatrist, you will be responsible for providing foot and ankle care, diagnosing and treating foot and lower limb conditions, and educating patients on preventive foot and ankle care. You will also collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop comprehensive treatment plans and ensure the well-being of patients.
Job Specifics
Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 depending on experience
Working Hours: 37.5 hours or part time considered
Contract Type: Permanent
REQUIREMENTS TO BE SUCCESSFUL
- Completion of a Bachelor's degree in Podiatry
- Valid license to practice as a Podiatrist
- Strong knowledge of foot and ankle anatomy, physiology, and biomechanics
- Experience in assessing and diagnosing foot and lower limb conditions
- Proficiency in conducting physical examinations, ordering and interpreting tests, and developing treatment plans
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team
- Commitment to providing high-quality patient-centered care
- Knowledge of relevant regulations and best practices in Podiatry
- Continuing education and professional development to stay updated with advancements in the field
