Blackstone Recruitment are seeking Senior Consultantsto join our rapidly expanding team.

Job Title: Senior Consultant

Division: Temporary or Permanent  

Location: 27 Clerkenwell Road, London, EC1M 5RN

Salary: £24,000 - £27,000 per annum + commission (OTE 40K in 1st year)

Hours: Full Time (8.30am – 5.30pm Mon – Fri)


We are hiring Senior Consultants for our Healthcare, Mental Health & Social Care sectors to join our growing business.

You will join a very warm desk with access to 20,000+ qualified candidates we are a national  framework approved supplier to the NHS so we have access to all NHS Healthcare positions.

Our positions are office based at our Head Office in Farringdon, London. As part of our expansion, we are looking for individuals to join our teams with a view to progressing their careers with direct routes to managerial roles. We welcome anyone who has a minimum of two years previous recruitment experience.


  • To achieve growth sales and targets as set by your manager

  • Deliver business development objectives for your specific area by bringing on new clients

  • To act as a senior member of the team

  • Contribute towards the implementation, embedding and improvement of all business processes to realise Blackstone Recruitments full potential for growth

  • Establish candidate sourcing mechanisms for your specific market area alongside your team manager

  • Maximise all job sourcing mechanisms to deliver growth for your desk

  • Work closely with your Team Manager to ensure consistency of delivery

  • Receive regular 1-1s with your Team Manager who will work closely with you in supporting to achieve KPIs

  • Responsible for making sure all your working candidates are compliant as per standards set out by our clients and Blackstone Recruitment

  • Be part of a culture of high performance that delivers on a weekly basis

  • Be determined to succeed with a positive attitude

The person: The successful candidate must be organised and able to work quickly and efficiently based on the amount of work required within the duties outlined above plus more. They should be self-driven, motivated with a desire to succeed. They must have previous recruitment experience, ideally within healthcare.
