Blackstone Recruitment are working with a Private organisation who are recruiting Highly Specialist ASD Practitioner's to join their team. These are remote working roles or F2F in your local area.
This is a Locum role, ongoing contracts, with no end date.
Job Summary
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Working as part of the Autism (ASD) team providing patients with timely assessments and post-diagnostic support across the private sector and NHS-commissioned projects.
- Conducting ASD diagnostic assessments to children and adults across the UK.
- Completing ADOS assessments, developmental histories and involved in MDT.
- Delivering training to patients and schools as required.
- Ensuring an excellent quality of service in both remote and face-to-face assessment settings.
- Confidently communicating with clients during appointments in addition to over the phone and via email outside of sessions.
Job Specifics
Rate: £40 - £55 per hour (OR paid per assessment/ Report)
Payment: Umbrella or Limited company - Inside of IR35
Working Hours: 37.5 hours
Contract Type: Locum
YOU WILL NEED:
- Relevant clinical degree.
- HCPC Registration
- Experience in Autism diagnosis and interventions of children and/or adults.
- ADOS-2 certified
- Strong understanding of DSM-V and NICE diagnostic criteria and guidelines in relation to ASD
- Strong organisational and communication skills
