Blackstone Recruitment is working with a SEN School based in Hampshire who are looking for a SEN Teacher to join them for a long term temporary position or temp to perm position,
Job Summary
- Working with a Secondary SEN school supporting pupils with Learning Disabilities
- Must be able to teach at primary school/early years level as well as life skills – need to be prepared to teach english and cooking
- Must be willing to plan lessons with the subject leads to support
- Actual age of pupils 11-16 but levels is early primary school
- Interview process will be a Trial day
- QTS or unqualified SEN teacher experience is fine
- Temporary cover or temp to perm
Job Specifics
Rate: Pay: £162.31 to £223.63 per day (PAYE rate) – depending on experience/grade and negotiable
Working Hours: Monday to Friday
Contract Type: Temporary (long term) or Temp to Perm
Payment: Umbrella / PAYE
Essential Recruitments
- UK Recognised QTS/QTLS/PGCE or experience working as a SEN Teacher
- QTS is not essential
- Experience teaching in a SEN school and/or with SEN Pupils
- Must be able to teach English and cooking skills
- Must be willing to plan lessons with the support of subject leads
- Right to work in the UK
