Banding: 5
Hourly Rate: £19 to £21 per hour
Working hours: Monday to Friday 9am to 530pm (will consider part time)

Contract Length: 3 months minimum
Job Summary:
- The post holder will be responsible for supporting with and / or delivering of the technical aspects of the Medicines Governance & Safety service, under the management of the Medication Safety Officer.
- To assist with the delivery and development of the technical aspects of medicines management across the directorates.
- To support the Medicines Governance & Safety team in the planning, development, and implementation of the Medicines Governance & Safety initiatives across the Trust.
- To support the Medicines Advice Service in the maintenance and development of a safe and efficient Medicines Advice Service. This includes enquiry answering, database searching and maintenance / development of systems.
- To participate in the provision of Pharmacy services across the organisation.
Essential Candidate Criteria:
- BTEC/NVQ 3 in Pharmaceutical Service
- Registered as a practicing pharmacy technician with the General Pharmaceutical Council
- 2 years minimum hospital experience.
- Experience working within Medication Safety.
- Right to work in the UK
